For Illustration Friday's theme of the week - Clean. I don't know, that's just how my brain works, the first thing that came to my head was a girl with blood on her hands. I think it's sorta a Macbeth reference, what with Lady Macbeth going cuckoo because she couldn't get herself clean. Or maybe I just have a fascination with girls with bloody fingers...
